Starting therapy
You do not need to be referred by your GP and your contact will be treated with total confidentiality. I am also a Bupa registered therapist.
During the initial 90 minute consultation we will discuss your needs, relevant issues and expectations. There is no obligation to take the therapy any further. If you decide to proceed, and you feel that I am the right person for you, we would then arrange a regular day and time to meet on an ongoing basis. If you do not feel I am the right therapist, I will endeavour to refer you to someone who might be.
